Track & Field Championships Start Today

The Cal Pac/GSAC Track & Field Championships run today and tomorrow at Soka University in Aliso Viejo, Calif.  Four California Pacific Conference teams will have student-athletes competing in the meet:  La Sierra, Simpson, Soka, and two-time defending champion UC Merced.  Thursday's events are all preliminaries, beginning with the Men's 1500m prelims and concluding with the Women's 10,000m run.  Friday's finals start at 9:00 am with the Men's Discus and finish with the Women's 4x400 Relay at 4:00.
