CALIFORNIA PACIFIC CONFERENCE

Cal Pac SAAF

In response to the ongoing series of natural and societal difficulties and the resulting hardship on student-athletes, the California Pacific Conference has launched the "Student-Athlete Assistance Fund" (SAAF) as a means of providing direct aid to Cal Pac student-athletes impacted by these crises.

Along with generous support from the conference membership, the program includes a GoFundMe Charity campaign which will allow each institution, student, staff, and supporter to make a timely donation. Each institution's director of athletics will verify and clear the requests of their own student-athletes who have an extra need, and the conference office will administer the fund under the oversight of the Cal Pac Management Council.

To participate and support the fund, the SAC will promote the league's Go Fund Me Charity on their own campuses. The league's Management Council approved seeding funds in order to provide immediate help the individuals displaced by the on-going fire disasters.

Those wishing to participate may contribute directly at Cal Pac SAAF.
