Cal Pac Announces Final Players of the Week for 2024-25

The following California Pacific Conference student-athletes have been recognized as the conference Players of the Week for their performances during the period of April 21-27:

 

BASEBALL

Player of the Week

Simpson senior outfielder Dylan Leek closed his Cal Pac campaign with three good games against La Sierra.  The Newbury Park, Calif., native bashed out six hits in 13 trips to the plate, including two that cleared the fence.  He scored six times, drove home four, and swiped four bases.

Pitcher of the Week

Jaydon Tomas of Simpson earned the final top pitcher honor with a solid outing against La Sierra last week.  The senior right-hander from Pearl City, Hawaii, threw five innings in a 10-2 win Thursday, scattering seven hits and giving up only one earned run.  He walked one and struck out three.
